General Issues
- Unfortunately, no more than one linked estate agency will be allowed in a town. Estate agents are most welcome to contact us in order to ascertain whether a given area is available.
- Estate agents must be registered with the EAAB and be actively in business.
- Estate agents will be required to manage Holiday Rentals [where applicable], Letting, Properties for Sale and Commercial.
- Agents will not be restricted to an area, but only one Southern Staying office is allowed per town.
- Agents will be subjected to scrutiny and be required to comply with a strict code of ethics while providing service of only the highest quality.
- Estate Agents, while independently linked, will be afforded the rights to trade under the Southern Staying brand and will share 100% in all the advantages of all our marketing devices.
